What needs a separate quote or plan
- Driveways extending unusually far from the street, steep or oversized parking areas
- Corner-lot or unusually long public sidewalk frontage
- Salting, ice scraping, snow hauling or windrow revisits unless included in the quote
- Unlimited qualifying visits unless specifically included in the signed agreement
Our proposed snowfall and response policy: 3 cm is the standard driveway plowing trigger. Residential City sidewalks must also be cleared as required by Saskatoon's 48-hour rule. Normal service is targeted within 48 hours; a limited priority add-on targets under 24 hours after qualifying snow ends, where available. Major storm and safety exceptions are stated in the written agreement.
