What needs a separate quote or plan
- Driveway plowing or any other parking area
- Corner-lot extra frontage without a property-specific quote
- Extensive side or back paths unless added in writing
- Unlimited service visits unless specifically included in the signed agreement
Our proposed snowfall and response policy: 3 cm is the standard driveway plowing trigger. Residential City sidewalks must also be cleared as required by Saskatoon's 48-hour rule. Normal service is targeted within 48 hours; a limited priority add-on targets under 24 hours after qualifying snow ends, where available. Major storm and safety exceptions are stated in the written agreement.

Does the $89 price include driveway clearing?
No. This is a genuine sidewalk and front walkway plan. Driveway-only service is separately priced.
What if it only snows 1 cm?
The 3 cm threshold is proposed for driveway plowing, not an excuse to ignore sidewalk obligations. City sidewalks must be kept clear of accumulated snow and ice under the bylaw.
Are corner lot sidewalks extra?
Extended sidewalk frontage may require an additional custom quote.
