What needs a separate quote or plan
- A guarantee of permanently ice-free surfaces or slip-free conditions
- Snow hauling, driveway plowing or de-icing an entire large parking area
- Unlimited reapplications unless separately agreed
Our proposed snowfall and response policy: 3 cm is the standard driveway plowing trigger. Residential City sidewalks must also be cleared as required by Saskatoon's 48-hour rule. Normal service is targeted within 48 hours; a limited priority add-on targets under 24 hours after qualifying snow ends, where available. Major storm and safety exceptions are stated in the written agreement.

Will salt work in extremely cold weather?
Performance depends on the product and temperature, and may be limited in extreme cold. We cannot promise ice-free conditions.
Can I get salting with a monthly plan?
Yes, request it as an add-on; we will confirm the frequency and application fee in writing.
